Kaja (pronounced Kiya) became a REALTOR in early 2014 but has spent many years in the company of real estate professionals. Her mother was a successful real estate broker in the upscale community of Tuxedo Park, NY. Kaja is also a corporate and transactional attorney, practicing law for over 22 years working for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California. Her undergraduate degree is in marketing from Syracuse University (which she attended on a full-ride athletic scholarship for rowing) and she has an MBA in international management from Thunderbird. In 2010, she and her husband began their search for the perfect mountain cabin learning all she could about the communities in and around the Christopher Creek area. Finally settling on a location, she and her husband built their dream mountain getaway. From researching the area, to looking at existing homes, to purchasing land, to designing and building a cabin, Kaja has extensive experience making a mountain home dream into a reality. Kaja recently opened her own real estate brokerage, Rim and Valley Real Estate, and is working with several agents who share her vision of personalized and patient service through custom curation of homes that suit your desires and needs to individualized focus on selling your home.
